Couples whose to-be child was diagnosed with serious disabilities in the womb, should be encouraged to abort the fetus. I don't say this because I'm heartless or an asshole, but from experience. A good friend of mine's family life got ruined because of their tard daughter. They are an extreme burden on their parents and society and usually don't give anything in return. I doubt they would admit it, even to themselves, but they definitely wish their tard kid was never born.
