The curvature has of course already been measured by using the Pythagorean theorem which has left us with an average curvature of 7.98 in per mile. Also every building that is the same height on earth do not line up (assuming you only looked at those buildings omitting buildings of any other height)

I'd suggest if you have a flat road nearby to have a friend start running with your eye directly on the ground and you'll see the exact phenomenon. Problem with that argument is proving it. Unless you can somehow build a massive flat plane somewhere not curved (like in the middle of space) you'll never 100% prove that theory.

Say I were to accept that the earth could be flat. There is literally 0 evidence that the earth is flat because not only does everything we observe in the universe agree with a oblate spheroid earth but a shitload of astronomy and astrophysics relies on a round earth. But like I said, lets assume I agree that that the earth could be flat, perhaps because there are hypothetical models of a flat earth that explain the data as well as a round earth model does. (Obviously a flat earth model can't explain reality better than a spherical model if the spherical model doesn't have a single inconsistency with measured reality, right?)
If both models can perfectly model reality (we know one of them already can) than there is no point in arguing between the two. You can't prove either of them incorrect, so basically what I'm saying, is that in this hypothetical situation where flat earth makes sense, round earth is still a completely valid way to look at the universe. There's literally no reason to try and convert anyone.
