Not that guy but some peoples hadcanons had them shut down, others still up and running.
I like to think of them running still but only just after a lawsuit and they had to make cuts, not being as great as they used to be. Their is a lot of other labs though either independent or funded with some funding being dirictly from Hasbio as they lost some licensing and trust after the accident.
