In this particularly case, an "enfie babbeh" is a foal that a male fluffy has decided to make into a fuck toy. It's essentially pedophilia on the part of the male fluffy.
As for the "enf" noise itself, that's the onomatopoeia for the grunting they make during sex. Thus they associate it and variations of the word with sex. Examples: enfie mare (a mare that looks especially attractive to a male or a designated whore in a herd), enfie toy (a stuffed animal given to a male fluffy by its owner to help with urges)

Hasbio was run by morons. Actual shit flinging monkeys might have made better decisions IMO.
All the money Hasbio spent on R&D, marketing, lobbying, getting patents, and then they basically give anyone who can afford a breeding pair of fluffys the means to make as many more fluffys as they would like. Nobody thought to make the ones that were sold sterile or give them a few months lifespan. GG wasting man hours and money on something that you can only sell for about a year before everyone else is undercutting you without having spent a penny on getting the initial product out there.
I'd also like to think that everyone involved in the project was found hung by their balls by fanatic eco-terrorists for spreading a man-made invasive species to every continent. Fluffys would be a man-made ecological disaster that would make Chernobyl look like a beer and boiled egg fart.
