It seems like there's no magic or trick, just a combination of a few subtle things I was doing differently.
Amounts are based on me making 4 scrambled eggs:
1) Add a small amount of water (maybe 1/2 oz) to the eggs when after they're beat (not milk, I used to use milk and some people recommend that).
2) Add a pretty decent sized chunk of butter (maybe tea or table spoon) to the pan before adding eggs. Let it melt a bit but pour in the eggs before it's fully melted.
3) Cook on pretty low heat. Cooking 4 eggs took me about 7 to 10 minutes I would guess. Also, I used a small ish (mabe 9 inch) pan.
4) Stir pretty regularly/constantly while cooking.
