I'm sure I could've kept that number rising, but I stopped this shit.

Yeah, except keeping up that level of exercise left me with little energy to do anything else.
I was only exercising so that I could eat, and eventually it came to the point where eating that way was just natural.
When I finally broke out of tiredness and stopped exercising, I continued my excessive eating habits that I'd gained.
The pressure has always been on me to either continue exercising or progressively gain more and more and more weight.
You can eat what you want and not get fat, too. Just go outside right now and run 10 miles first.
