First, women are the vast majority that pursue a career in early education. It doesn't pay much, it requires a relatively high amount of preparation, and society has huge prejudices against men that want to be around young children. It can't be helped, fact of life, accept it.
Second, women suck at creative or logical thinking. They can't do much about it, blame evolution or whatever.
