It's difficult to say without more in depth testing, but it could be a number of things, if its always with light, which I would imagine would be pretty consistent, I would ask your physician about light sensitivity issues, there are a number of different possible causes for migraines.

It can cause ruptures in any weakened blood vessels and and failure of the heart, especially if it is for hours as you say.

That's why they're called "problem zones"...basically, once you have got fat-storing cells in an area, they only get more or less full, they don't move away. So as soon as you start accumulating fat, your problem-zone comes back. The only permanent solution afaik is actually removing the adipocytes, as in liposuction. As long as there is only fat in those moobs it's probably not a hormonal issue. If there is actual gland tissue in there, then you might have a hormonal problem.
