I have a technique called the crouching TIE-ger
This trick works best for poeple like co workers
People who trust you
Step 1 get a new pair of shoe laces
Step 2 try to untie you shoe laces when no body sees it

Step 4 when tieing your laces place your phone down next to your foot camera screen down
Step 5 now it is inportand that you tie your shoe laces often with your phone (its your habbit now) and when somebody (probibly "target") asks questions you just say that somehow these new shoe laces won't stay tied
Step 7 make an effort to 'suprise tie' your shoes behind your 'target' make sure this person is used to you tieing your shoe laces
Step 8 "the shot" when target is wearing a skirt or dress aplie techinque
Make sure you have a reason to be there an aliby
