Some people are just astoundingly stupid when it comes to basic maintenance. I know a guy who bought a brand new RX8, then didn't service it for 80000 kilometers. I also test drive and inspect cars for friends buying second hand. Fuck I've dealt with some idiots. Had some middle aged british dip shit straight up tell me that the oil in his wife's Mini Cooper was never changed because synthetic oil doesn't need to be changed. He then argued with me when I disagreed.
And as a side note, anyone who buys one of those new Minis is a complete drop-kick. They are pieces of shit, and I've yet to see one that has been maintained properly.

Use a secure Lockable gas ball valve, Not a water fucking faucet.
Ball valve is metal within brass body, can use small padlock or other metal keeper to prevent it from swinging open.
This spigot is shut by a rubber washer. Enough engine oil heat will break it down and leak or rattling might open it before that. Either way I don't trust thus as much as I'd like to see a gas shutoff ball valve. While this Might not have a washer and be a metal to metal shutoff, it's not secure.

Hard to tell for sure, but it looks like it has been sawed, rather than turned down. The finish looks more consistent with what a saw blade would leave, more so than a turning tool or grinding rock. It also looks like the saw was cutting fairly coarsely at some points of the process too, and/or the blade was about shot/missing teeth. Of course turning it would actually make more sense though. Sawing it would have all but assured that it wouldn't be squared.

it was designed to spray on old capacitor style boards. You have to use the silicon based one to spray on new circuit boards.

Circuit boards are cleaned with AP-220 a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and acetone. This is done before being coated with conformal coat. It is baked in a mild curing over well below the various lead-free solder temperatures and filtered air is condensed to recover the solvents. The recovered solvents are sent to be recycled and waxes, oils, human detritus, solder resins, and various other products are detectable so the solvents go thru redistillation before reuse. This is done offsite from the pcb board makers.
