Well to be fair it'd be pretty dumb for anyone to attempt to prove either of those points, since it's also proof that they took illegal drugs. That's not a terribly smart thing to provide proof of.
In any case, I can sleep on LSD about 6 hours after the peak, but it's not easy, and it doesn't matter anyway cause its the least restful sleep you could possibly get. My guess would be that the Chinese knockoffs are made with an actual Apple logo on the back and then covering it with a sticker so that they don't have to worry about getting in trouble for copyright infringement. Assuming a western company can even sue Chinese people for that, I don't honestly know how international businesses operate in different countries. Also so that after taking off the sticker it looks more like a legit iPhone instead of immediately seeing that it's a ripoff.
That'd be my guess at least. No clue it any of it is true though.
