My favorite scary or horror film - above and beyond the Exorcist is the UK film I saw once, but cannot recall its name is a film where children and people of a rural village discover pieces of fur or flesh lying upon the ground. It apparently affects them as they keep it in secret individually, and the pieces are pieces of the devil and all sorts of fun things happen. It's likely from the 1960's or 1970's. Lovely effort with low budget.
