In the big cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam) a lot of shops have closed due to an anti-weed policy of the mayors. There was a lot of crime going on (what they said, the vibe is always good in the shops, so they just talk shit).
Groningen where I live is a city with around 190.000 people. We have like 15 shops in the city. 3-4 of them have always good quality.
Thankfully there is a bar where you can smoke pot (it's illegal but nobody cares) in the centre. Very relaxing place. Drinking a few beers, smoking a big one, playing chess with strangers. Cafe de Kanarie. Really nice place for the fridaynights.

1. Buy a grinder. Preferably Sharpstone.
2. I would definitely recommend investing in a vape. They're discrete, portable, and very efficient. You can get a high-end vape like the pax for a couple hundred bucks (it's worth it, trust me). If you don't have that much cash to burn, you should look into getting a magic flight box. They're cheap, easy to use, and reliable. I had one for several years before my pax.
3. Don't be a douche about weed. Use it to enhance your creativity and as a catalyst for either learning or artistic creation. Do not embrace stoner culture. Remember, weed is a tool. Don't let it absorb your life.

All my friends has like me smoked for almost a deckage and 90 % of us either have high-end jobs or are currently studying at university.
I would say that lazy people becomes more lazy, especially if (which I don't) smoke hash.
I will not try to justify my argument because as I can tell you already know some famous people who does smoke weed.
My personal experience with weed is that it mellows us out after been working or studying for 10-13 straight hours and when we get home it relaxes us.
Also each and everyone of my gang (we're about 20 individuals) all workout at least a couple of times a week.

A droppper is highly efficient, however be not mistaken this shit can hit your hard.
Dosing with ''drops'' is not very accurate.
Always work in ml, you can get some of those droppers at local art stores. They use it for paint.
