If he started out actually thinking he had a chance in hell of even losing the general election in a historic landslide defeat, and this shit was carefully planned and executed, then he's probably one of the most fucking brilliant politicians to come along in a very long time, because he fucking threw two very longstanding, powerful and influential political powers for the loop of a lifetime.
