if I was able to control time, I'd just go back and put the time frame of spring/summer 2012 into a loop. live it again and again. the best and happiest memories of my life are from back then.

Low poly modelling is a very good way of making high poly models.
High poly models can't only be made by sculpting, good geometry and careful vertex placement will mean that a low poly model will make exactly the shape you want when subdivided.
