I'm eating 1500 kcal per day right now. That's almost double my daily allotment in one shot. Today I can have two protein shakes, a big, hearty turkey sandwich, and a whole fucking bottle of wine and stay under 1500. But that one fucking shake is 2600.
I don't advocate a nanny state, but shit that high in caloric content needs to have fucking warnings on it because fuckers like to pound this kind of thing back almost daily and it will put pounds on you in a matter of weeks.
