Well, my reasons are many. I started doing this because I wanted to recreate the atmosphere of something I witnessed a long time ago here. After it was gone, I missed the atmosphere of it dearly, and I always thought this place was sorely lacking without it. It took me years before I was willing to take on the responsibility, though.
It does make me feel good to help others, which I think is pretty natural for people in general. I don't feel particularly bad about myself; despite my circumstances, I try to stay positive as often as I can and it has worked wonders for me. So I like to share that with others too if I can!
As for why I'm Reimu, well... that's who I was back in the day. There was more RP to it back then, and I picked her for the silliest reason without knowing a thing about her, but she really grew on me over time. I got so familiar with her that I can't see myself as anyone else as far as fictional characters go.

Losing weight, stuff that makes you sweat a lot. Jogging, zumba, skating, aerobics or even swimming. Go to a nutritionist and balance your diet, a healty diet will make it even easier.
And for the pimples, take care of your skin, if you have an oily skin, try to use babywipes to wash it of, keep the places where the pimples appear clean, and good hygiene, sometimes pimples are for not cleaning properly during a shower for example or not clean off the sweat from your body. If i am not wrong acne should be caused by testosterone, so lowering it's levels should works, soy does wonders for that.
As for losing weight, first of all you should drink at least 3 liters of water every day, you'll avoids water weight that way, which is good, then you should redistribute the amount of food eaten daily, you should eat more early in the morning, and less in the evening, avoid snacks outside of dinner, breakfast and lunch, aside from healthy food, i'd suggest eating a banana every day, has few calories and it's healthy af, as for excercises it really is up to you, i prefer jogging, but that's something you have to choose, just a last thing, keeping a good sleeping schedule it's paramount for this to work out properly, so avoid coffee like the plague, tea also contains caffeine, but a lot less, and it's healthier, so if you have to consume something that has caffeine go for some tea.

Start small and slow. It's really easy to burn yourself out if you suddenly try to adopt a huge workout plan, but if you take baby steps you might manage to make it into a habit and eventually a lifestyle. Start looking into physical activities that you might be interested in, and give them a try! In the meantime, just making a point to walk for some amount of time each day will do for a first step. Increase that amount over time and keep track of your progress so you don't lose sight of how it's going. That way you'll stay more motivated.
Exercise is more effective than dieting, but obviously it's best to change your diet to something healthier too. Smaller portions, and more vegetables than meat by far. Use sweets and chips as a very sparing treat like they're meant to be.
But if you really want to see a big change in a pretty short time, just stop drinking sodas. At all. Water is an acquired taste for people who are used to drinking sweet things, but it's easy to acquire.

For that size, use a pretty small flat brush, just get a veeery small amount of paint on the tip (or just try leftover paint left on the brush) and brush flat outwards, or, if the painted area is still a small bit wet, do the same with either a brush or paper towel

I did it myself. Found myself doing a lot of nothing and the harrowing void was getting closer. I had to do something other then consume media day in and out, something other then work all day as it still lingers in my mind. I had to create.
I took a collage art fundamentals course. It was cheap and helped a little bit. I like landscapes as their is no conflict. Just the peace. Plus I just suck at representing living things in my pictures.
Creation is the most important part of humanity as it drive ambition. I needed to create to give me that drive before I fell more. Their is a reason why people consider sloth a sin. I know it sounds a bit edgy but I felt the onset and had to react.
Once I start doing more I will move on to other things, maybe even write a story or do an animation.

A lot of this reading is irrelevant to your question, but overall it seems to be indicating that with patience you can bring her out of her state, although luck is on your side in that endeavor too.
