Its very quite easy: just take the cap off tooth paste and fill the top part half way (not the part that screws on) with water. Drop the suboxone in and let sit for 5 mins. Mix slightly then snort the water BUT you must make sure it doest drip to the back of the throat otherwise its wasted. Yeah I think everyone's gone through that stoner phase when you first start smoking and you think it's so awesome. Than you get burnt out. i think that's what made it a lot more "psychedelic". I only took a half tab of acid.
