It's funny because a couple of time i had sleep paralysis and i didnt have to reply in any thread. This is how it was from me.
You are in a semi-comatose state,where you are aware of your circumnstances,but you feel like floating. Than,you want to wake up because,you have things to do,but something invisible like,a huge pression is keeping you down on the bed,and what terrible,is that you try with all of your strenght to the point were you can feel the fatigue,but you can't just move a single arm. It feels terrible because you have to give up,and you have this strange sensation of suffocating while grasping desperatly to wake up,wich you do afterwards,but in absolute panic,because you don't know what the fuck happend.
At least,this is how i felt last time. If you feel any of these symptoms while sleeping,wel..i've got bad new for you!
