This is really what it comes down to: you "know" that this is true, so everything else flows from that. It is obvious that no amount of logic or talking through this will shake you from this deeply held belief, because it is just that: a belief. You have know way of knowing if it is true, you just assume that she is a liar and crooked and therefore she doesn't make mistakes; she only schemes and tries to play the fool to escape justice for her nefarious machinations.
In the end, the things you "know" just don't match up with the available evidence. It takes at least one or two big assumptions or logical leaps on your part to get to "she definitely knew it was classified and definitely lied." I, personally, am not willing to jump to that conclusion without seeing some real evidence. but that's just me.
