The album cover was made by a money-hungry retard who profited off this man's misery that he helped largely create, and lied and told his fans that Dead killed himself because "death metal was become too trendy", when in reality he was just jealous of their recent success at the time.
This cover is more appropriate and not a mockery of the musician that designed Mayhem and laid the foundation for the second wave of black metal.
It's a shame he never got to record in DMDS in a proper studio as the vocalist and there are only live recordings of questionable quality.
