I don't know if anyone knows what a Super PAC is, but it is an organization that can receive unlimited funding to help out a candidates running in any election.
These Super PACs, by law, are not allowed to have direct contact with the candidates they are supporting. It is part of the Citizens United ruling that the Supreme Court upheld in 2010.
Anyways, there seems to be a lot of illegal activity between Super PACs and presidential candidates this year. An easy way to figure out if these Super PACs are breaking the law is a system called the 'Three Pronged Test.'
The 'Three Pronged Test' verifies that these Super PACs are not breaking the law. Here is the criteria for the 'Three Pronged Test':
1. Payment
2. Content
3. Conduct
If the three prongs are being violated, then the Super PAC is breaking the law. It's called 'Verifiable Illegal Coordination.'

The agenda of professional statisticians is to make the election seem closer than it is. The closer the election, the more desired polling is, and the more headline grabbing those polls are.
