What would you do to fluffies if they were real?

I would groom feral mares to become female smarties and then set them loose to cause trouble. Like pretend to actually be hurt when they give me owwies or whatever. Then put them with a male smarty in a herd and see if they mate or try to kill each other.

That and throwing Pegasus like footballs and Frisbees.
>>
>>709563946
They're called Jellenheimers. They originated as some artists' poor attempts at drawing fluffies. Eventually, the fandom decided to make them canon as mutant cannibals.

Then when the cannibals we see nowadays started coming up (regular looking fluffies but with sharp teeth), they were used more for weirdbox stuff or as Easter eggs in pictures and people started giving them psychic powers and stuff in their stories and comics to up the creepy factor.

>>
>>709564924
in the wild you endanger them by drawing attention to them. you could probably find them in or around most public parks. here in the desert we have retention "parks" with grass but are generally occupied by dogs, but theres plenty of overflow parks next to the canals but they only have desert shrubbery. it'd be an interesting sight to see a heard of fluffies migrating from grassy park to desert park "before barky munstas come" at night.
>>
>>709565278
Nope, just a weird fucked up... thing.
>>
>>709565307
the park nearby has some cougar warnings signs around the park, so i'm just gonna wait till I hear screams and "big meow-meow munsta!"
>>
>>709565307
I'd hang out with them and talk, most predators where I live would be scared by my smell, so If I had a piss near their den, they'd be safer.
If they were friendly, I'd even spend some time trying to teach which local plants are good to eat and which aren't.
>>
>>709564547
I'd do as much as I could to breed the smartest fluffy ever, and breed it too. I'd give em guns and throw em into the wild, to build a kingdom. I'd tell em something like 'It's your destiny' or some stupid shit. Then I would watch as the fluffy takeover eventually ensues.
>>

I would probably have one or two, spayed or neutered of course. I've had enough feral cats to know how fast shit happens. Show the fluffies love without spoiling them, show them discipline without abusing them. Mostly spend all my NEET time chilling with them - gaming, reading, building models. I figure even a fluffy could maybe love an almost autist like me.

>>709565564

So I was thinking I would post a few connected stories. First this author's headcanon https://www.fluffybooru.org/post/list/user_id=3013/1 :

Fluffy Headcanons 1 - Breeds

Genetic Make Up -

While the exact mix is unknown and so hopelessly tangled it's very hard to figure out, fluffies appear to be primarily a mix of ungulate (hoofed animals), rodents, lagomorphs (rabbits), and a bit of primate.

The primate side is responsible for the relative increased intelligence, handicapped by conflicting instincts however; as well as large, forward facing eyes and certain behaviors like limb dexterity and parents placing their young on their backs in a similar manner to some terrestrial monkeys and apes.

The lagomorphs side, most likely domestic rabbit, shows itself in the species' burrowing behavior, typically docile nature; and rapid reproductive rate. While Fluffies actually have a slightly slower generational phase than hares, it's still very fast for a medium-sized mammal.

The rodent portion also contributes to the quick reproduction, as well as an omnivorous diet with a herbivore leaning, much like in the domestic brown rat. It also causes the chirping noises infant foals make, which is very similar to the noises of baby mice and is often mistaken as avian influence; an impossibility given how different archosaurian and mammalian chromosomes work.

The 'wings' pegasus and alicorn fluffies have are primarily cartilaginous in nature and are extensions of the back bone as oppose to cases of otherwise impossible hexapod limbs. It's a similar to, abet a more highly modified occurrence to how some researchers have grown ear lobes on the backs of lab mice. This also explains how relatively weak and easy to tear off said 'wings' are, and how painful this can be as the only thing holding it to the fluffys' body is a bit of a vertebrate spur, some cartilage, and nerves with very little muscle.
>>
>>709566921
Adding to this, if these were actual living creatures, I'm not sure I'd be able to hurt or kill one unless they were in tremendous pain and needed a mercy killing.
>>
>>709563662
kek
>>
>>709567517
colored it a bit
>>
>>709567501
As for why some pegasus ponies have an obsession with flying and seem to know the experience based off instinct, some bat genes might have been added to give the species lighter bones and this was a side effect.

It's the ungulate portion however that seems most interesting. While it is covered in toughed skin to prevent scratches and thus obscures its exact structure, X-rays of fluffy limbs show the hoof is actually two digits partially fused together. The two digits within the hoof help explain a fluffies' dexterity as well as their sensitivity due to having double the nerves. This also indicates the hoofed animal used at least chiefly amongst the mix was not a horse, who's hoof is only comprises of one digit.

More behaviors common to fluffies are in fact very unlike any equine, such as sleeping laying down instead of standing up, digging for food, and living in fairly gender neutral groups as opposed to low male population matriarchies like horses. Instead, the suspected contributed for the genome appears to be a member of Artiodactyls. Often called 'Even Toed Ungulates' due to their hooves being comprised of two to four digits, they share many of the same behaviors seen in fluffies.

The prime suspects from this group are pigs and sheep, both of which could explain several behaviors and traits, especially if both were present. Swine like peccaries often grow head and neck manes that are a distinct color from the rest of their body, and domestic sheep have a similar neigh-suicidal trust and plushy wool that most fluffies have. The high pitched squealing sound which mating or endangered fluffies make is also very similar to the screams stressed swine utter.

>Prototypes: Fluffies 1.0 and 2.0 -

>These were the fluffies engineered by Hasbio originally and came in two variants, G1 and G2.
>G1 was the first successful creation in the series that was 'stable' enough to stay alive normally without failure more or less, but was entirely dependent on Hasbio to reproduce.
>This was because they were intended just to act as the physical model for the species to see what form would work properly, and thus were largely sterile in addition to poor behavior.
>G2 was created with the intent of being the final product, of which it was never finished due to premature release.
>As a cost saving measure, G2 was developed to give the fluffies the ability to self replicate. However G2 still had most of the problems G1 had; many of which are still seen in most feral and early pet fluffies.
>These include frequent bouts of idiocy, incredibly fragile bones, and the annoying 'Smarty' syndrome, where conflicting hormones in the brain often render more intelligent fluffies irritable and incredibly selfish.
>Possibly worst of all was the design flaw train wreck that is the digestive track, which Hasbio hadn't fixed yet in the transition from G1 to G2.

>All of G1 and a vast majority of G2 fluffies have both a hyperactive and yet incredibly very poor digestive system.
>This resulted in the fluffy feeling hungry very frequently and gorging itself.
>The food is too quick to pass through the stomach and small intestine, resulting in very poor nutrient absorption as well as rapid conversion into half digested fecal matter that builds up in the large intestine. >Due to the buildup, fluffies are unable to reabsorb all the water in their feces, meaning very frequent and very wet bowel movements.

>The lack of nutrient absorption leads to vitamin deficiencies, resulting in weaker skeletal and muscular systems even on an optimal diet.
>Weakened, the fluffies' systems reawaken the hunger response to try and feed to fix the problem, and the cycle repeats.
>The end result is a weaker body and a much higher amount of feces and food requirement than one would expect for a small animal.

>Some of the latest G2 fluffies had shown progress in fixing these issues before development was aborted.
>Factor like good behavior, intelligence without developing "Smarty Syndrome", better digestion, and greater response to human commands had been developed in some of the G2 population.
>However this "2.1" breed was a minority and when all of G2 and G1 were released, these genes were diluted into the total population and thus occurred only in recessive frequency.

>Hasbio was working on fixing some of these issues for the rest of the population when PETA and ALF broke into their facility and accidentally released the G1 and G2 fluffies.
>The fertile stock of G1 and the rest of G2 bred like wildfire in the first few months and gave rise to a vast majority of the stock present today.
>Due to their incomplete nature and having numerous 'glitches', numerous problems arose amongst the G2 population that were only compounded by the breeding with the G1 fluffies.
>Selective mothers preferring 'Bestest Babbeh' offspring that resembled them despite being intended to love all of them, egotistical 'Smartys' acting borderline sociopathic and hating humans, and stallions with out of control sexual urges causing them to rape pregnant mares or take up 'Enfie babbehs' to sate their instincts.

>Some outside forces have attempted to tinker with the genetics of the fluffies in an attempt to come up with their own brands, and with limited success.
>Almost all of these were attempts to make 'fancy' breeds such as the long tailed, chinchilla-like 'Plush Fluffy'.

>Most of these subtypes are subject to the same ratios of good and bad design as the normal fluffies as the differences were solely in appearance.

>Alicorns -

>Alicorns are fairly unique amongst fluffy subtypes in that they are primarily the result of 2.1 stock genes entering the population.
>This is why they are often touted as having some of the better traits amongst the species, such as frequently having a longer lifespan and increased intelligence without developing Smarty tendencies.
>Unfortunately, only heavily trained mothers from primarily 2.1 stock usually accept alicorn foals; with 1.0 through 2.0 mothers just killing them on sight due to a glitch in their instincts not being able to decide what type of fluffy it is and calling it the catch-all "Munsta!" term.
>This is what contributes to their rarity in domestic stock and virtual impossibility in ferals.
>The only scenario a feral alicorn can successfully grow up and live in is if both parents have enough 2.1 genes to accept it. If either one.
>If they encounter a large feral herd not lead by a 2.1 leader, the alicorn will either be killed outright or taken in as an "Enfie-Toy" by the Smarty.
>Amongst the domestic population, about 1/4,000 1 week old foals are alicorns, amongst feral foals born the number is closer to 1/40,000.

Litmus Fluffies a.k.a Generation 3.0

Created by a dozen generations of strict selective breeding by retired veterinarian Dr. Audrey Litmus, G3 fluffies were created to try and breed out the majority of the problems plaguing the fluffy population and perfect the G2.1 plan and create what Dr. Litmus thought the species was supposed to be like. Unlike the other breed attempts, which mostly focused on cosmetic differences for the breed, Litmus focused instead of behavior and internal biology. Gathering up hundreds of ferals and shelter fluffies across a wide spectrum, she carefully controlled the breeding plan similar to the one that turned wild red foxes into domestic silver foxes. Positive traits were spread with behaving mares and stallions allowed to breed, all others were culled or sterilized. The process took some time and needed to be reset several times, but eventually a working route was found. Along with strict discipline, large changes between her stock and the average fluffy became noticeable by the sixth generation and only grew larger by the twelfth.

Physically G3 fluffies have much better digestion, resulting in stronger and sturdier forms. Whereas some G1 and 2 fluffies had such poor composition their bones were both brittle and frequently never healed, G3 fluffies were more on the same level as a small dog or cat. This improved form also helped in brain development for slightly smarter fluffies with better memory retention for both remembering names as well as commands. In general they are much more amicable towards both other fluffies and humans, as bad parenting and bratty behavior were one of the first things Litmus bred out of them. While some G3 fluffies will still reject alicorns, most were just barely smart enough to recognize the type as another variety of fluffy and not a monster, just calling them "Wingie-Pointy Fluffy/Babbeh".
>>
>>709569066
There we go, nice and compressed.
>>
>>709569408
While seen as a vast improvement and safer buy than the previous generations, a large part of G3's success still came from allowing the stock to mature in a stable environment that required special attention that couldn't be replicated easily in large scale factories or mills despite some efforts; much like dog breeding.

While highly sought after, G3 fluffies have a very low population count due to only arising in full several months ago. Being a small time breeder that was very strict with how her creation was handled, she only trusted the breeding to herself and a few close colleagues in central Florida and south Georgia. This supply-demand and the breed's improvements naturally drove the price up to around $50+ a fluffy, much higher than the typical 50 cents to 5 dollar charge. A total of around one hundred G3 fluffies were sold to requesting consumers before Dr. Litmus's facility was severely damaged by an intruding black bear that killed many of the stock. While recoverable, it temporarily knocked back the output to even lower than before as many were needed to replenish the stock instead of being sold off. So far no G3 fluffies save one have been introduced into the feral population.

Additional types -
Any alteration to the current fluffy genome artificially meant completely new sequences were needed to be added in. Several groups both in and outside of Hasbio have given their efforts to this, giving rise to Mattel's creation of the 'Sea Fluffy' after attempting to 'patch-over' the glitches with other animal genes that included sea otter and manatee genes. Most other changes were much minor, resulting in breeds that closely resembled stock fluffies, but with a key few differences such as cannibalistic breeds spurred from the entry of carnivore genes.

This. Why do people keep trying to depict fluffies as anything but obnoxious technicolor shitrats?
>>
>>709569607
>Sea Fluffies stand out as the most successful of the lot.
>Closely resembling normal fluffies in terms of body shape, sea fluffies have also established feral populations in addition to a domestic trade due to pet release.
>Slightly heavier than their progenitors, sea fluffies still look to have about the same girth.
>This is due to them having shorter fur on average, but a thin layer of insulating far under their skin to tolerate water temperatures better.

>The face is largely unchanged, but the breed has four flippers like a sea lion and a paddle-shaped fluked tail like a manatee to swim through the water to eat primarily water plants and occasional small fish.
>Small squids seem to have the same value amongst sea fluffies as spaghetti does land fluffies.

>Like seals and sea lions, sea fluffies have fairly flexible flippers and can move about, abet slowly, on land to sun bathe, give birth, or nest.
>While they can sleep out in the water if needed, they prefer to do it on land.
>Also like pinnipedes, sea fluffies only have the vague instinct to hold their breath and swim when born, so young need to be taught how to paddle and dive in the shallows.

>This means in the wild when the parent(s) go to get food, the young are left on shore with an attendant, as like normal fluffies sea fluffies much prefer to live in groups.
>A notable difference between the two types is that by merit of being in the water, pregnant sea fluffy mares can still move around and swim; granted at a slower pace and they might need help crawling back onto land.
>>
>>709569948
One interesting behavior amongst sea fluffies is how they expel excess salt.
Sea fluffies living in brackish and sea water will inevitably swallow or intentionally drink it while eating, causing a salt build up.
Like marine iguanas they expel this build up by concentrating the salt in their nasal mucus and snorting it out as a projectile.
While completely harmless, this is a type of threat display amongst their kind on a similar level to a land fluffy puffing their cheeks and is referred to as "Ickie Sniffies".
Sea fluffies living in fresh water obviously don't have this trait, but will still do the snorting motion for a similar effect.

Like pinnipedes and land fluffies, sea fluffies like to live in groups lead by a smarty and his toughies; usually living on small islands, inlets, or sand bars where they make nests from digging up the sand under some foliage cover.
Due to poor swimming speed, unless carried by a strong current, sea fluffies are almost never found too far out at sea and always like to stay in shallow water because they can't dive more than fifty feet.

In the south eastern regions of North America, northern South America, western Africa; and costal Australasia, sea fluffies bump into the only other marine herbivorous mammals in the forms of manatees and dugongs.
Much like how some land fluffies are fascinated by ungulates, sea fluffies tend to take an interest in these animals.

In the Crystal River of Florida, a herd of sea fluffies seemed to intentionally follow around the native manatees, regarding the car-sized animals as giant, furless fluffies. One herd even seen to think an otherwise clueless manatee cow was its smarty and would follow her around everywhere.

The manatees and dugongs themselves hardly seem to even notice the fluffies, alternately not caring about a tired fluff taking a nap on their backs (which often stick out the water) and accidentally killing another due to unknowingly hitting it with its tail fluke.

>>709546889
I seriously love this artist
>>
>>709570259
Sea fluffies and land fluffies do frequently meet each other in feral populations by merit of most ferals living near humans, which live on the same coasts sea fluffies live on.

Encounters can vary wildly, but the common response for the two is to notice both the similarities as well as the differences between them and regard the other as monsters due to the uncanny valley.

In areas where the feral population has heavy 2.0 and 1.0 leanings, aggressive smarties might try to raid accessible sea fluffy colonies to get rid of the "not-fwuffy munstas!", though because land fluffies are terrified of water most of the times the sea fluffies can just retreat into the shallows; but some might not make it due to being too young or slow. 2.1 land and sea fluffies are a bit more amicable towards each other, but still require training to get along.

Now for a story about a G3 fluffy

------

Not-So Rose Tinted Glasses

You're Rosie and you are a good fluffy! You were with your mummah and daddy many bright times ago, lived in big housie called 'Barn' with human mummah too! You were lucky fluffy and had two good mummahs', lots of toys, and lots of friends. Human mummah had lots of other fluffies in big housie, mostly other mares that were mummahs or soon-mummahs. Not like that was problem, gave you lots of other foals to play with! Human mummah also had barkie monster, but he was nice monster and more barkie friend, even if he was a little too strong for good play when you were chirpy foal. Human mummah often talk to barkie friend but barkie friend just bark back and not talk; so you decided human mummah was a little silly.

Sometimes other humans would come and take fluffies. You were sad at first to lose some friends, but mummah (both of them) said the nice ladies and misters were taking the fluffies to be their mummahs or daddies, so you knew it was good. Sometimes you wondered if you'd get a new mummah or daddy someday. You were an almost-mare when loud dark times happened. You were woken up by all the noise. Something was breathing heavily outside your 'pen' behind the outside wall. It would move closer and then go away, sniffling around. You were a little scared, but thought it might just be barkie friend. But then, in the dim illumination of the pens' night lights, you saw barkie friend walking around down the barn's center lane. If it wasn't him making sniffly sounds, then who?

Barkie friend seems to hear the noise too and he started sniffling, then making scary growly sounds at the barn door. Something started rattling the wood, waking up more fluffies.

"Huh? Wat noise?"
"Not bwight times yet, why wakie fwuffy?"
"Why barkie fwiend gwoly? Am gud fwuffy!"
"Dawk and noisy! Fwuffy scared!"
"Shhh quiet babbeh! Mummah dun know!"
>>
>>709556067
yeeeees this comic again
>>
>>709570561
Then the noise got even louder and barkie friend started barking. You waddled over to your mummah and curled up against her and daddy, all three of your shivering and making scared poopies. You didn't know the cracking sound that followed was the wood splintering from the intruder clawing its way in. Barkie friend made even louder barks, but something else even louder roared back.

There was a sound of movement and then barkie friend didn't make barks anymore. There was the same loud breathing, this time coming from inside the barn. The intruder had no trouble finding your fluffy friends, all it needed was to follow the "huu huuus" and rip open the pen door.

========

You're name is Audrey and life is not well. You're a fluffy breeder and have had a pretty good set up, renovating an old barn into a fluffy breeding house. A retired veterinarian and former dog breeder, you were intrigued by the new genetic abominations. They had more than their fair share of problems no doubt, likely due to Hasbio claiming they weren't 'finished' when they got released. Occasional behavioral quirks, suicidal stupidity, horribly ineffective digestive system, fragility; and a myriad of other glitches that would have made them poor pets for all but the most prepared.

Seriously, who the hell designs a 'biotoy' for kids to be fragile? Oye...
>>
>>709570734
Nevertheless, you saw an opportunity and a challenge when it presented itself. Selective breeding can work wonders when given proper direction. Given how quickly these things reproduced, huge genetic variation due to the sub races, and the fact you could give them some degree of verbal instruction that they could pass on to others; you were half curious just what you could pull off in a dozen generations. It took about five generations of careful breeding to turn wild, skittish red foxes into domestic, dog-like silver foxes; and if one could turn a predatory wolf into a dog, you figured you might be able to pull something off with these fluffies. The scheme was simple. Any fluffy with desirable traits was promoted, and any with physical or chronic behavioral problems were culled or sterilized.

Being in a moderately rural area, you had to ensure your stock would go unmolested, both by PETA hacks and any feral herds that were attracted to the place via smell. The investment of a trained guard dog, a pit-bull mix named Chief, was a bit of a penny pincher, let alone the extra training to make sure it wouldn't maul your stock by scenting each of them. But, investments pay off. Not two years into the project and Chief had already killed or driven off four 'Smartys' that were trying to dig their way into the barn to "Cwaim mawes and nummies fow Smawty's land!", as the only living smarty Chief brought you said. Good dog.
>>
>>709570998
There had been some hiccups here or there. At the start you believed a sterilized environment and bringing up the foals solely on human contact, away from their mothers, would help them bond better with humans. This could have worked in some practice, but results in more losses than you fancied. Seems that like some rodents or primates, isolation from family units causes a lot of trauma and stress. For every success with this strategy, you got five cases of behavioral or physical problems. Mares and foals lapsing into 'Wan Die' loops, spiteful mothers turning aggressive or even eating their foals due to the stress like some mice do, and foals growing up with more than a few mental dings. And this was assuming the stress didn't just kill them from illness. Now you know why the big factories and mills have such a high failure or return rate.

Back to square one, you got a brand new stock and this time used a similar strategy to dog and cat breeding, letting you get some well trained and monitored mares to either be the mothers themselves or act as attendants to the mothers. Train and discipline the adults and coax them into doing the same for the offspring. Foals grow up with most of the proper training, cycle repeats. Once you were up to a good stock, you started the selective breeding.
>>
>>709571165
Generations 2-4 didn't have much difference from the feral stock you collected, but started to show some change in behavior. You'd all but eliminated the 'smarty' occurrence, or least the bratty behavior that accompanied the intelligence. Las thing you'd do it let a smarty breed, let alone stay in your facility. Generations 6-8 had noticeably improved digestion. Still crap a lot for a small animal, but not having to shovel mounds of it was a welcome change and the stock's health improved thanks to better nutrient absorption. More nutrients meant slightly sturdier forms, leading to you speculating it was at least partially their digestive tracks fault for their easily breakable bones. Vitamin deficiency goes hand and hand with weak skin, skeletons, and muscles.

And now, by the twelfth generation, you were starting to get at what you thought was what these things were supposed to be. Docile, harmless, dumb but not obscenely so, and no longer such pathetic bone strength they were more breakable than cracked china. Still frail, but only by merit of being small animals. Throw a heavily defected feral to the ground pretty hard and it just might explode, whereas your stock would probably just break a leg or rib like a small dog would. And most importantly, your stock's latest generations were noticeably better behaved than most ferals or mill fluffies.

And results pay. Typical factory mills or sloppier pet shops only charge about five to ten dollars for a typical fluffy. But that all comes with all the normal behavior and biological problems one would expect from stock taken from just any other ferals snatched off the street or traumatized by being born in an assembly line. Might take four or five purchases, assuming a family has that patience, for them to finally get a decently behaved fluffy. And even then it often has physical abnormalities and is dumber than a box of rocks.
>>
>>709571295
Your stock typically sell for thirty five per fluffy, barring a rare color or alicorn, but are built to last. The first purchase will be the only purchase excluding repeated customers. Reviews have been good and your stock has even been taken up by some other breeders across the Sunshine state.

And then some fucking black bear ruins half of it in one night. You never thought you had much to worry about the species, even with their population growing. Bears very rarely attack livestock outside of freak individuals and most won't go to the effort of breaking and entering for food.

Turns out you had the Jason Voorhees of the ursids passing through the woods nearby because when the noise awakened you and you checked the barn, it looked like something out of a horror movie. Poor Chief was barely alive, having tried to defend the barn and got two broken legs and crushed ribs for the effort after having been thrown into a pen. At least 60% of your stock had been killed, pen doors torn open and the occupants either eaten or eviscerated.

Mammalian predators' kill instinct often causes them to surplus kill if in an enclosed space, even if they aren't hungry anymore; and that's what happened here. Fox in the hen house scaled up. After the beast had killed and consumed about three fourths of your pregnant mares and their attendants, it proceeded down the barn buffet line and killed any fluffies it could sniff out or were making noise. In other words, aside from the few who were hiding amongst their own shit and had the smarts or dumb luck to muffle themselves enough, most of them.
>>
>>709571475
After a full check over and bloody paw prints confirming the predator had left, you take up a tally. Aside from the four or so fluffies huddled around and hugging Chief to try and make the "Biggest Ouchies for Bawkie Fwiend and boo boo juice!" go away, only six stalls and pens weren't smashed open. You lost 40% of Generations 5 through 9, 65% of Generations 10 and 11; and 80% of Generations 12 and up. Pretty bad, but you can recover.

You shrug, taking off your glasses and rubbing your temple. Best call Fish and Game about a problem bear before it moves off.

=======

You are Rosie, and you have biggest heart hurties. Big black monster give barkie friend and fluffy friends ouchies, and give mummah and daddeh forever sleepies. It only didn't notice you because smart mummah stuffed you in little box and put it behind your sleeping box. Didn't smell pretty at all, but monster didn't sniff around to find you. Worked better than hiding behind your hooves like some older mares tried. Monster still found them. Mummah was smart mummah, telling you to hide or run away from the monster. You didn't like hearing her scream as monster found her too. While the monster didn't sniff you out, it did move around your sleeping box. The wood under it broke despite the monster giving up, opening just enough for you to crawl through the hole in the floor and under the wall.

You'd only been outside the barn house a few times, so you didn't like leaving that much, especially without a new mummah or daddeh, human or fluffy. But mummah told you to run so you ran. It was very dark for a long time, you could barely see where you were going. You kept running all night until your hooves hurt and you were too tired to keep moving.

You woke up awhile later to see a bunch of fluffies hovering around you. They looked a big different than your friends and family back at the barn, a bit smaller and much more dirty. Not like you could claim much on the latter, the bright ball above revealed you to be covered in shit and blood. A purple and green mare looked at you and called over her shoulder.

"Smawty! Found huwtie fwuffy!"

A dirt brown unicorn stallion walked up with a larger green earthie stallion flanking him. The stallion was big, but not as big as your daddeh. Still big though.

"Who dis cunt? Pwiss and fwuffy?"

You were confused but his weird babbling.

"Cunt? Wah cunt? Nu am Pw-Pwiss, am Wosie!"

"Wosie shit am pawt of hewd naow. Smawty and ass hewd help Wosie."

Several fluffies move around you and help you too your hooves. Your legs are still sore, but the support helps you to walk. Still a big confused by "Smarty's" weird words, not knowing what they mean.

"Onwawd for Bob Sagwet!"

"What Smawty mean? Wosie am confus."

The stallion next to you shrugs.

"Smawty and nice and smawt, but weiwd. Jus dun dink of de confus wowds. Yu nyu fwiend? Am Dennis."

A new friend was something you were wanting. Hopefully one a monster wouldn't take away. You nodded, rubbing up against Dennis.

"Wosie wuv nyu fwiend Dennis!"
>>
>>709572044
Weeks passed and you stayed with the herd. While the shit eventually helped work its way out of your fluff, the blood was stubborn. It only seemed to come out when you were drinking at a pond, though you were skittish about trying to take a bath because some of the herd were warned by other fluffies of the 'Black Forever Sleepies' that lived in the water and ate bad fluffies. You didn't worry too much, after all you were a good fluffy! Still, you were careful. Monsters were monsters, and black monsters were the scariest.

Herd life was alright, you missed your human mummah and were sad when "Weird Word Smarty" as you've come to know him insisted the herd steer clear of them. Houses in the forest were okay to pass by, so long as no humans were outside.

Still, you had some fun. Dennis even became your special friend! He and the other fluffies might have been a bit weird or dumb at times, like when you saw a bad mummah try to throw out a wingie-pointy babbeh, calling it a monster! She was a dummy bad mummah! Thankfully Weird Word Smarty was smart and made her keep it. Hewd was only strong if fluffies stayed together he said, amongst his usual weird words you still didn't understand. Just who was "Bob Sagwet"?

After some walking, you herd had come to a quiet patch of woods that looked good. Lots of yummy grass and other green nummies for the hewd, especially the soon-mummah with you! There was a housie nearby that made some nervous, but the human either was gone or was a nice human.
>>
>>709572212
While your special friend went to go get some nummies for the soon-mummahs, you waddled down to a stream after following the scent of water. You were skittish and admittedly made scared poopies a few times, words of that other herd's Mare-Smarty about the 'Black Forever Sleepies' all too frequent in your mind as you tried to wash some of the caked on blood off. You'd just managed to get some of it off when you heard your herd talking to a human voice. After crawling up the hill and with the house blocking your vision, you could only hear the screaming that followed to be clued into what was happening.

"N-nu... Nut again!"

Unable to move, you tried to remember your mummah's words about hiding from monsters. Sobbing, you crawled under some shrubs and tried to muffle yourself to little success.

As a writer?
Scoots has to go back and confront Dashie. She winds up getting Jessibell eliminated somehow, but is ultimately unable to do anything against Dashie. But Trixie comes to rescue Scoots. Dashie, having grown soft, loses out against the hardened Trixie and is left permanently scarred. The Father ultimately intervenes, and haven seen everything, gives Scoots a choice of how to live. She can either replace Dashie, or leave with Trixie.
