No the right has always said her policies on Libya are what turned a country that had an 8.7% surplus based on it's GDP and in one year dropped to a 17.1% deficit based on it's GDP all because Hillary supported the rebels. She DIDN'T intervene militarily to stop it. She SUPPORTED it militarily. Military intervention and military support are two entirely different things. Intervention would have been stopping the rebels which is not what she did. This isn't even about the fact that those same rebels are now members of ISIL. This isn't even about the fact that Gaddafi was a horrible man that killed his opposition. This is about the fact that when the rebellion started and she was offered alternatives that would have supported cease fire and Gaddafi's abdication and would have ended his rule peacefully she rejected it and instead sided with the rebels in what would become a bloody and useless war that ruined the country's economy and infrastructure. Gaddafi's abdication was already underway. The rebels were about to win without much of a fight but Hillary wasn't having it and thanks to that Libya is in ruins and four US citizens died. The attack on Benghazi wouldn't have even happened if she had supported the abdication.

That itemized list doesn't exist because many of the scenes are several minutes long without any edits and it's clear what the conversation is about.
In fact, as someone who has actually watched the videos, my criticism wouldn't even be the edits (although he does try a little bit of cheezy editing here and there), my criticism would be that the people being filmed are bragging and bluffing themselves up half the time. It's not really a confession if a person that doesn't know they're being filmed is just lying to show off to a young lad, or potential donor. They look like they're having fun, thinking themselves as "operatives"
