Comparing this to how we handle today's organ donors, I'd say the ethics would be questionable but not impossible to allow sale of fur.
Then again, this whole furry thing is big enough ethical dilemma as it is. I'm sure all kinds of ethical reforms would happen, and there could be room in there to allow legal sales of a dead individual's fur.
