Ended up stop in at work to help out one of my coworkers. She received $20 in quarters (this one fucking guy, everytime gets $20+ in gas and pays in quarters), and didn't know how to put the rolls in the safe so they are stay together. Explaining it over the phone wasn't working, and I was heading out anyway, so I said I'd stop in. Turns out instead of using the plastic deposit envelopes I told her to use, she was trying to use the hard plaster cylinders that are used to hold money to be vended out from the safe. The safe deposit slot is too narrow for those.
I had to go into work on my day off because my coworker was literally trying to put a round peg in a square hole.
