Mei doesn't have to be limited to coats, they just haven't out much thought in yet. She could easily get a Murlok mascot outfit or panda outfit, but she's obviously going to get some shitty snow themed winter skin.
Winston will also probably get one. Either Reindeer Winston (leaping from building to building with his electric gun to light the way) or Santa Winston, which would just be dumb.
Roadhog is the ideal choice for a Santa skin, so we'll see if he gets it. My money is on him.

An equally good Zarya will almost always beat a good Junkrat, and gains both damage and ult charge because of the Junkrat pick.
If the enemy has a Zarya, just don't pick Rat. At best you'll beat her occasionally, and you'll simultaneously give the enemy team a notable advantage.

And it's not that simple. A good Zarya will attempt to project reactionary barriers the moment incoming damage peaks. Even just one of your grenades will put 120/200 damage. That leaves so little wiggle room for any other teammate shooting the target.

i do understand, and as someone who has 97 hours in junkrat and a comp level of 3859, i can assure you that zaryas are almost always laughably easy to kill, as long as your teammates dont shoot. Theres something called "focused fire" and "prioritizing" . so if you see a zarya, then it will be killed first, and then wipe the rest.
