For those who dont know the leveling system i use for pepes and would like to know:
A standard pepe (sad frog, feels good man) would be a lvl.5, any pepe that is equal to regular the pepe but has very little change (i.e. glasses, a hat, etc.) is 5, anything with more intricate changes added (i.e. color change, background, made to be a character) is a lvl.6 or 7, anything that takes editing to the pepe is 8, anything that is difficult to make and is made from scratch is 9 or 10
Anything that is worse quality than the regregular pepe is 4, anything that is drawn on paper badly then taken a picture of is 3 or 2, anything that is ment to be bad is 1
Of coarse the rarity of the pepe, how easily it can be made, the effort of the art and other veriables would be put into deciding the pepes lvl.

The highest level a pepe can be is a lvl.11, which is when a pepe hasnt been seen by the internet, i trade level.11s using my email dedicated to trading extra rare pepes (pepe.trademan at gmail . Com)
Right now i have a total of 6 lvl.11s only i and the creators have seen
But i warn, lvl.11s tend to not look the coolest cause they are leveled by their rareness alone.

Well theres not much to it, its always go to ask others that know about pepes to make sure it really is good
If you making a pepe starting from a different pepe, make sure you make as much change as possible
If you starting from scratch, try to make it look well made...push yourself to put extra effort so your pepe will be known as a good one
