Put them in a bottle with lemon juice and warm water.
Shake the bottle hard for 5 minutes.
Pour the juice through a strainer or just use your teeth to strain it as you drink it.
This produces a fairly weak mix of roughly 90% codine, 10% morphine.
Test a small amount first (4-6 small spice jars worth) so you won't die. This is more expensive than just getting pain pills, but you can buy all the stuff you need at the store.
3-4 whole nutmegs, pulverize them and pray they go down. 8-10 will kill you, don't over do it.
