I say these are good places for work is because of the economic boom those countries have been seeing steadily for the past few decades, especially because of the recent push for oil out there (oil sands). Recently there has been a "collapse" of oil prices, as you may or may not know, but that has relatively risen back to previous pricing before the collapse. There is insane amounts of work out there, for almost anything you can think of. A lot of people, myself included, simply travel out there and find a job within a week. There are many companies who are searching online for those of us with degrees and are willing to hire out of province simply because there aren't enough people within those specific provinces to fill job quotas.

There are many colleges/universities within Ontario that are willing to do shared programs with colleges/universities in the western provinces.
Even if travelling to the western provinces is out of the question, Ontario is just as good a place for job prospects.
For solid advice, I HEAVILY advise that you speak to academic advisory within your college/university of choice. They can give you much better help when deciding the degree of your choice, based on rates of hiring, degree completion, job satisfaction afterwards, etc. Sometimes a general degree like business wouldn't be the best choice, when you should have rather chosen marketing, communications, administration, financing, etc.
These decision will vary based on what you actually enjoy and want to do, and also what would result in the best chances of work coupled with the degree you enjoy and even where you want to work.
Enjoy financing? Maybe one of the colleges has a dual program with the University of Alberta, maybe the other doesn't. Ask for help. I can't stress that enough. Academic advisory is there to help and you would not believe the amount of people who don't utilize it to their better. Ask professors, graduates, etc.

Pretty easy. I got a 2 year accounting diploma without really trying. If you are just a normal guy with normal intelligence you should do fine. If you moderately work hard then you can get bursaries for getting straight A's. I am now in the accounting degree program at Fanshawe and it's harder. More time consuming really. But most 2 year diplomas are pretty easy to achieve.

I understand that comrade. Business is usually the go to degree within Canada. With a degree/masters in some kind of business education, you are almost guaranteed a job no matter at this point. No one is saying you will start out at $100,000 immediately, but no one is saying you'll only make minimum wage. You will make a respectable wage, especially if you have your masters (post graduate degree).
Again, keep talking to academic advisory. It would even benefit you more if you could email and speak with professors from the universities/colleges. They will have more knowledge on specific aspects of each specialization, and give you a general understanding of how that specialization will pan out in an area of work.
Again, don't worry so much, you made the first correct step. You have a degree in some type of business education, you can't really do too much wrong from here. Take this with a grain of salt, as I'm not in your shoes or an academic advisor.
