You can't break into every machine with known vulnerabilities, that is why to be a good hacker you have to be able to find your own. you could go the lulzsec route and wait for a new vuln to be discovered and hope they don't patch it before you can exploit it. but most big targets such as huge corporations don't leave known vulnerabilities open. they will patch it or temporarily disable it until a new update comes out. not to mention that if they have any type of firewall or pattern matching they will be able to detect the known vulnerabilities. You can get into some small websites but you won't be able to break into something like 4chan with a publicly known vulnerability.
