If you know anything about construction and transport you would know that driving from a to b is the asiest thing and only a small part of the overall job. Theres a lot ofdifferent jobs as a trucker not just moving easy cargo from place to place especially if youre a trucker for construction, you need to move the cargo too and use lift and other equiptment do sorting and loading. Self driving cars is one thing but truckers cant be replaced, at the very best itl be autopilot so truckers can sleep onroute. Just driving is a very small portion of the job. And it will be atleast 50 years or more till every truck is replaced if ever,new technology can flop and wont be replaced fast enough. We havent even replaced petrol cars, most electric cars are still in development and expensive.
I estimate it will be a century/100 years till all trucks are self driving and affordable if ever.

Those sled driving truck are only partially self driving it still needs a operator in heavy traffic and in stop and go situations, the only reason it's self driving is so the truckers can have a break while also shaving time off their delivery time so they don't get fined, though their only coming from shifty Volvo and will be only released in Europe
