simple dude, make a folder on your comp. copy all the files from both disk into it, it will ask to merge folders and tell it yes (but it shouldn't need to overwrite any files because the files aren't the same (two parts of one whole)). then with the first disk mounted run the setup from the folder you copied the disks into. should be golden.
