My go to is Crystal as a sauce on things like chicken, French fries, etc..
For seasoning in cooking dishes and sauces I use original Tabasco, best hot sauce for sauces and soups.
The absolute worst hot sauce is Frank's, unless you are a kid or teenager with taste buds that either haven't matured or are burnt out by garbage fast food and sugary drinks. Frank's is just way too salty, you end up getting bloated from drinking so much water to quench your thirst.

These people are connoisseurs. I've recently hot into hot sauces and was very pleasantly surprised by cholula. By no means a hot sauce, but really brings out the flavours. One of my all time faves. If you're looking for something similar, Heinz's (yes the ketchup people) Habanero sauce is out of this world. Not really hot, but incredibly flavoursome and fruity.
