I lived in clinical depression for 2 years because I dug up unbelievably stupid reasons to stay in the situation that was making me miserable- - - it took spine and a high price to escape, but it was worth it.
Don't drink hard liquor (or booze in general, but it's easier to get carried away with hard liquor) on school/work nights.
Learned that the hard way as a freshman in high school, three years ago. My first time getting drunk, I got carried away and took the equivalent of about four or five shots of gin (give or take a bit, it was in a bottle and was a 50/50 mix of water and gin since I was a pussy) in one night. Had a killer hangover and had to fucking make my way through school like that, since my parents wouldn't let me stay home :/

Nope. No therapy, no prescription drugs, no changes to my lifestyle.
