Me and my brother (who is a LEO)
Less "control", no additional legislation, but enforce the laws we already have and get rid of private sales. That would literally solve the problem of people who are not supposed to have guns from having them. Most LEOs and veterans actually support banning private sales, but also support the ownership of guns to people who can legally possess them under the law and constitutional rights. The problem with the way the laws are now, anyone can buy a gun from a private owner with no background check. That's the problem. Otherwise, I say if you're legally able to possess a firearm, i.e., no conviction of felonies, not mentally disturbed, own as many as you like. I have a several pistols, long rifles, and shotguns.
Don't like to hunt. I get bored, but I have been.

The is no "gun show loop hole." Gun shows are run by FFL (federally licensed firearms dealers) and would never sell a firearm needing a background check without one. Some exceptions to background checks are passing firearms within a family and some neighbor to neighbor transfers. A FFL would laugh at you requesting no background check while you were at a gun show. Please go to the gun and knife show and get it out for yourself.

I don't currently own a gun but I have owned many. I quit drinking and taking pills - but when I was using drugs I figured out to sell them before something bad happened.
I've been hunting plenty of times- rabbit, deer, alligator, dove and quail.
Also offshore fishing - carry a gun in case catch a shark or if way off shore like over 100 miles carry a gun onboard in case pirates (in Caribbean)
I like to target shoot at tin cans and also shoot turtles in my family's fishing pond because they eat the fish
Favorite guns:

you can shoot a deer (or intruder) with either one and they will die fast
