Are you talking about F6 or FH3? Doesn't really matter though as they're both amazing. FH3 is one of the best games I've ever played.
Also weird you mention F4 being meh, as that still seems to be the game the community views most fondly. Had a ton of content and features that still hasn't been topped in later games, in many ways.
No matter what, my point still stands. At no point in time since Forza 1 have the Forza games been anything but the best racing game available on any system, PC master race included. Notice I said game, not simulator, by the way.
