He was in court and substantial evidence against him was ruled valid, so he was not found innocent. There was not enough evidence to convict him because his friend plead the 5th and took all the blame, but Trump was not found innocent. You need actual proof to make such a claim. You can say he was found not guilty, but that's a temporary and procedural thing, very different than being innocent.
