I'd have my brain and spine extracted by a special surgical robot as I die, and implanted in a cybertech murder machine. Think something between venom and alien, but the size of a prius. Also, with a gimbaled chaingun, ceramic vehicle armor, monomolecular graphene claws, 360 degree thermal optics, and a bitchin' sound system you can still hear over the twin helicopter engines powering the thing's hydraulics.
Ideally, I'd design the joints so it could fit through a set of double doors without causing too much structural damage, but it would be a tight fit.
Either my severely damaged brain will pilot this thing on an impressive rampage, wiping out the rivals that plagued me in life until it burns out for good, or it will latch onto a loved one obsessively, and become something like what happens if an ancestral guardian spirit liked Bioshock just a little too much.

Well, it was more of an adaptation of a monster I came up with for a cyberpunk tabletop game I wanted to run. In lore it's a condemned criminal wired into the thing, lobotomized, and essentially puppeteered by the tower city's near-omniscient AI. They're used as a counter-terrorism force once the collateral damage is deemed acceptable.
The cops don't like the things. They've seen them in action, and it makes them uneasy.
