Estate agent won't make you minted unless you get quite high in the firm (and it's a large one) but it'll keep you comfortable and you get car allowances (fyi this is uk, idk if there's differences for the US) other than that, look for internships, they'll give you experience that'll land you a better footing for jobs in that field, and most of them you get a job if you do well when it's over; just look for something that sounds vaguely interesting and go from there
When you start as a CCA or RCA, it can be reeeeally shitty for a while, working 60 hours a week and never getting a day off for quite some time, but once you are promoted to regular and get Sundays and federal holidays off guaranteed (like today), it can be bretty good. And the benefits scale with time, so after 12 years with the company, I'll be maxed out at $28/hr as a carrier with 20 days paid vacation per year instead of 13 like I have now
