I think a big adjustment for me to this game from other games is that I'm used to having healers and health packs around. So usually it's perfectly fine for me to throw all my health away as long as I can get back to a healer before dying, but I have yet to see a healer in the game, mostly just shield or temporary health providers. So I need to learn to stop doing that.
