I have a strong feeling that I will become the next Newton, Einstein, Feynman, Hawkings, Witten, etc. One of my goals (and expectations) is to earn a Nobel Prize or the Fields Medal or solve one of the Milennium Prize problems.
When i was 4 years old, a teacher asked me how old I was. I replied "4 and a quarter". She was surprised when she learned that I managed to master fractions and told my mother that I was the first preschooler she ever met who already understood fractions.
When I was 5 years old, I was moved to learn maths alongside 7 year olds. I would stay in class until math time at which point, I would be led over to another class with much older kids and we'd learn maths together.
In middle school, I was deemed the best student of my class of 30 and received an award for it. In high school, I was placed in a special "accelerated" class for high-achieving students. By the end of graduation last year, I was 4th place in my year level for mathematics out of about 200 students, 1st in chemistry, and a narrow 2nd in physics (granted, not all of these 200 students took maths, chemistry, or physics in their final year).
The teacher who was teaching me physics at the time told me I was the first student she ever taught who got all A's in her tests.
I'm taking a gap year this year and helping my parents with their new business (they are hopeless with computers and think I'm a computer god). Next year, I will apply for college. Even so, I managed to teach myself linear algebra and programming with Python and Java during my spare time this year. I've read the first year material for a bachelors of science degree and am familiar with most of the content and am fairly confident that I will get straight A's.
I'm 18. By 20-21, I expect to do a postgraduate degree in an Ivy League university followed by a postdoctoral fellowship or more likely, go straight to a professorship with tenure in a US university (ala Terence Tao).
