This girl and I had been hanging out for a while and I just decided to go for it. I don't know if I really need them yet. The rear brake cables seem to be loose, and after screwing around with them, the only thing I can think of is to replace them. But it's not that big a deal, just has a mushy feel but still works well enough. The biggest problem is the chain falling off. I've tried tightening it by pulling the wheel back as much as possible, but it's a pain in the ass. It also has a huge front sprocket, and a tiny rear sprocket which doesn't help, and riding it uphill is a nightmare. I may just get a new rear sprocket since it should fix the chain issue and make it easier to ride.

Had work late friday, then had to be up early to volunteer all of yesterday, work after that, and I canceled going to some stupid brotherhood retreat because work ran late last night and I didn't feel like driving am hour from campus, after driving 45 back to campus from the opposite direction.
I got my oil changed on my truck and I just keep getting bad news about the work that needs to be done. New drum brakes, new rear shocks, main rear seal and I need the wheel bearings repacked.
And tomorrow I get to fly back to Seattle to attend my great grandma's funeral.
