Well, my sleep is still fucked. 2 hours of sleep yesterday, 4 hours of sleep this morning and woke up twice. Which really sucks.
I was also forced to see a counselor yesterday which I was really anxious about. I finally started to relax after a while of the lady asking questions, but then she asked about self harm or suicidal thoughts or attempts. Of course, my dumbass went and spilled my guts about it, and I immediately realized how stupid it was. I really hope I didn't fuck myself.
