Photos need to be high-res. Need to be wearing blue or white generally, or at least a plain colour with no patterns. Thin material is essential, and photos with a flash help.
Basically, if you cant see anything to begin with, there's probably nothing there to enhance.

At certain levels some subtly different colors blend together in such a way as to show you different information. It's particularly easy with images in which you can faintly see nipples. You can definitely make the nipple protrusions more prominent by simply adjusting the colors.
