Alright faggots let's have a good old fashioned argument. Bring all your facts and opinions and let's ass.pillage eachother with things we think we know.
Trump sucks
Hillary is worse
Why not vote Johnson or Stein?
Simple fact. There's too many families that vote on a certain party due to traditions. It's like all the cucks in the world being raised religiously.
They never have a chance to think for themselves and are brainwashed into thinking it's the only choice and the right choice.
So why waste a vote on an independent party when there isn't a chance in hell of them winning. Especially in a country as retarded as america?
>>706651418
IT's not like a religion, it's the EXACT same thinking as religions. Even if you vote independent, it still will be reflected in the future, that people saw that other's voted.
That's how you change consensus. It's the 7% that tip the scales. It's not that much.
>>706651418
%65 of the country was polled as not wanting vote for Hillary or Trump and Johnson is in the ballot in all 50 states. I think he legitimately has a chance.
>>706651418
If a party gets like 5% of the vote they get government funding, so even if they dont win this time it could possibly be a step in the right direction of breaking out of the two party system in the future. Baby steps.
That being said, while i considered voting third party this year, i eventually sided against it because i dont really like johnson or stein either
>>706651790
So instead you will vote for one of the two most foul presidential candidates in History? Why not just stomach Johnson for 4 years.
Shameless self bump
I won't bother trying to convince any of you that Hillary is not as bad as you think. Let's say she is, and that Trump also sucks, which he most certainly does. Voting 3rd party would presumably mean that Johnson or Stein doesn't suck. Well...
They do. They are both garbage. Johnson is woefully uninformed about basic issues, and libertarian policies are pretty ridiculous when you actually scrutinize them. As bad as Johnson is, Stein is worse. She is a loony nutjob who is, again, clearly uninformed and unqualified to be President. She panders to the anti-vaccine movement, she knows nothing about foreign policy, and she has naive and simplistic solutions to every issue that would never have a chance of being implemented, let alone working.
So, since the 3rd party candidates suck, AND they have zero chance of winning, why bother?
Hillary or Trump is going to win. Period. If you want your vote to actually impact who wins the election, voting for one of them is the only option. You may not like Hillary, but she is clearly smart enough and serious enough to handle the job. Donald Trump is not. The end.
>>706652117
We all know what wikileaks is so don't even try the Hillary isn't that bad bullshit.
Secondly tell me the exacts about what makes Gary Johnson uninformed and unqualified.
I will agree with you on the Stein part. She is probably a high functioning Autist.
>>706651214
>Thinking people's vote counts in election outcomes in this day and age.
Top kek stay sleeping niggers and hit snooze once more.
Why didn't you guys vote for Rand Paul?
>>706652364
>Sheeples haha. I am truly enlightened.
Gtfo pathetic plebian.
>>706651730
any other country but america you're right. but not a chance in hell. america is, always has been and most likely always will be a 2 pony race. Here in canada we have 3 legitimate parties, the silly green party, the dumbfuck french bloc quebecois and independents. leader of the green party wins a seat because she runs in a dirty hippy island off the coast of bc but that's it. Conservatives were in power, ndp almost won last election, and then the liberals won this most recent one.
>>706651790
didn't know about the funding thing, that's good.
>>706652523
I hate the populace of my country. Fuckin Normies
CREEEEEEEEEEEEE
Anyone who votes Hillary has got to be slightly autistic. Go look at wikileaks and learn you some Truth.
>>706651214
Because Johnson is an idiot, who doesn't know anything about foreign policy, and has said he would approve anything and everything that cuts taxes. Wouldn't vote for Jill because she has never held public office and wouldn't know what to do, also none of her platform is realistic. If there was a good third party candidate I would vote for them, but I haven't seen one yet.
>>706652487
You have never watched the congressional testimony on how voting machines are corrupted I take it?
Time to study outside of school a bit friend.
>>706652932
But you would rather Hillary or Trump. Are you stupid?
>>706651418
simple fact if the independent party keeps growing election after election people will vote it because it is fresh and new
>>706652968
They are corrupt from voting fraud you shill. They don't actually rewrite votes. Study outside of your own ass friend.
>>706653087
watch the movie idiocracy. it's a comedy now, but in 500 years it'll be a documentary lol.
>>706651214
>What is aleppo?
That and his weird tongue thing turned me off the moronic stoner that is Johnson. Also, Stein is a woman.
>>706652117
yes hillary or trump is gone win most likely hillary because trump is just there to help her win but that is almost going wrong
but voting third party does mean that there is a possibility that you can break the fucked up 2 party system where you are forced to vote the least bad choice
also you are 1 party away from being north korea
>>706652117
well youre an idiot and so is everyone that presents these weak arguments
1)presidents have almost no say in anything. congress rules over everything
2)both hillary and trump are war mongers. neither of the third parties are. your chances of world war 3 are 1000x higher with either of those 2 vs a pacifist who will sit on their hands
3)having someone congress hates in office is much more beneficial than someone that is a puppet for the illuminati or someone that will rile rednecks into stripping away all our freedoms for the sake of turning america into a christian right wing conservativorium where you cant even get an abortion anymore
>>706652263
Lol what has wikileaks dug up on Hillary that is so bad? Their releases so far have been totally uninteresting.
Gary is ridiculously ignorant about foreign policy. He didn't know what Aleppo was, he can't name a foreign leader he admires, which indicates either ignorance or terrible diplomatic skills. He waves all this away by saying he wants to slash military spending and not engage in wars. I think we could cut the military and be more cautious about military force, but I don't believe for a second that he has the knowledge base to effectively balance all of our interests.
He doesn't believe in a minimum wage, he likes the gold standard, he doesn't support the income tax, etc.
He seems like a decent guy, but he's a doofus.
>>706653311
The people who called him out for Allepo didn't even know what Allepo was but nice try. Come up with some more useful material before you come to the table with shit you saw on social media.
>>706652263
Here's the deal though, even thought Hillary is corrupt, we at least almost 100% know what we are getting. With Trump I like some of his ideas but I doubt he can stick to his word, he's unpredictable, juvenile, and probably corrupt in his own way.
>>706652932
there isn't a good candidate in the 2 ruling parties either
well there were but they got fucked over
>>706653421
you can't even spell Aleppo you ignorant fuck
>>706653051
See
>>706653434
That's my opinion on the matter.
>>706653311
you dont even know what aleppo is you dumb piece of shit. 99.9% of americans didnt know what that shit was till the media jumped on his ass. the media is using any desperate piece of anything they can get to smear him because hes beating trump in alot of polls.
im not libertarian, and i think hes not a good fit, but id rather see him in office than either of the 2. congress will shut down any insane proposals he makes anyways, but at least he wont start a war with russia, and that is literally the only thing that matters at this point.
if you want you and your family to be dead in the next 4 years, then vote for the 2 war mongers that will 100% lead america into a nuclear war where most of us will die
>>706651214
Your picture pretty much explains it. When we hold the presidential debates, its always democrat vs republican. Electoral maps of the US show red states and blue states, but never a green state. Certain issues are considered to be bipartisan, not omnipartisan. A third party candidate simply WILL NOT win. Even if you get everyone you know to vote Johnson, your state will still end up red or blue.
Pic unrelated
>>706653506
It doesn't matter if most Americans don't know what Aleppo is. The President of the United States should know what Aleppo is, and arguing otherwise is absurd.
>>706653421
this.
anyone that quotes the mainstream media as their source of reasoning behind decision making, should automatically be removed from the decision making process

>>706651418
You're correct :(
>>706653348
Allepo see
>>706653421
I personally don't like any other foreign leader either. Do you see how fucked the world is? Or are you just blind.
Secondly it has shown loads of corruption about Hillary, pointing out that over 30 people tied to her have been killed throughout her career not to mention she legitimately wanted to send a drone to bomb a foreign embassy in a foreign country that we are allied with to kill one man for leaking the DNCs documents. Not to mention she is another one of George Soros' dogs.
>>706653087
Independent party? There's no party for independent that's kind of the point.
>>706653458
Did you just call me out on spelling? Good god you must have great capabilities at debating in person where you can't spell check people's words.
>>706653506
thats like saying only jeopardy contestants should be in charge of the country. half the people running congress dont even know wtf is going on in everyday society. they have on fucking clue what reality is. niggers so fucking old, they probably dont even know how to work a computer beyond microsoft word and using internet explorer to get to their yahoo mail accounts
>>706653619
>Catalog
I'm not going to bother debating with someone who believes debunked conspiracy theories, but congratulations on being a useful idiot
>>706653434
How do we know what we are getting with Hillary when she has been called out for lieing this entire campaign?
>>706653728
woops quoted wrong person. meant to quote
>>706653588
>>706653619
Do you actually believe these conspiracies? It's shit like this that really makes me wonder about the mental health of the Republicans. I mean there's no evidence that would hold up in court to justify these conspiracies. Soros is well known though.
>>706653749
>Debunked
The documents exist are you just to much of an ignorant shill to look at them?
Pretty sure they're even signed and dated
>>706653687
If you are calling people out for not knowing what Aleppo is, but you can't be bothered to spell it correctly, you undermine your own argument. As I said above, the fact that most people don't know what Aleppo is entirely irrelevant. Someone who wants to be President needs to know what Aleppo is, end of story.
>>706653880
And what's Aleppo?
>>706653877
How can you not? The documents literally exist and the DNC doesn't even deny it. Who got Republicans involved anyways?
>>706653878
Feel free to point me to the documented evidence that Hillary Clinton has been responsible for over thirty murders.
>>706651214
If the National Socialists get on the ballot that would be neat.
>>706653880
the majority of people running this country dont know shit about foreign affairs, let alone at home affairs.
>>706653955
nice strawman argument. hold up, lemme go to area 52 and pull up the documents on the aliens too*
>>706653880
This is the worst argument I've ever heard. I bet you even googled it just know so you would have proper information to argue with. Well what is it? An Isis stronghold? A distribution center for Isis materials? An Isis controlled city? All of the above? Tell me anon.
>>706653929
I'm assuming you are right leaning political wise yes? Anyways, what documents that have evidence she killed anyone? What evidence that she said that she would bomb assange? Word of mouth and headset aren't credible.
>>706653955
Go to wikileaks. That easy.
>>706651214
Johnson is an idiot that has no idea how the world works + Libertarians believe that deregulation is a good thing (and it is, if you want to lace your pockets with $$$ and fuck over the lower and middle class).
Stein is incredibly left and way too "open minded"... and doesn't have enough experience.
Third parties are just as bad as the "first" in this country ultimately.
Just a small example of your elected rulers
https://youtu.be/iY1mAlFjJTw
>>706654051
I'm actually a moderate leftist but thanks.
Go to wikileaks. That easy.
>Word of mouth and headset aren't credible
>Neither are recordings
>Neither are Hillary saying it herself
The fuck outta here with that bullshit
>>706654003
Lol, how is that a strawman argument when you (or someone like you) said documents exist which prove those accusations. To casually accuse someone of 30 murders requires some type of evidence in order to be taken seriously. You don't have any.
You are right, lots of people in Congress are pretty ignorant about foreign affairs. They can afford to be; foreign policy is primarily run through the executive branch. Someone who wants to be President needs to have at least a decent grasp of those issues in order to be qualified. Being ignorant of any details pertaining to the situation in Syria is inexcusable.
>>706654086
The fuck man? Where's a document that provides evidence she murdered anyone? You made the claim give the evidence.
>>706654051
Let me find you the typewriter used to record every word said at the meeting. No problemo broski
>>706654228
Man I just want to see the fucking documents with evidence she killed and wanted to bomb assange. Why do they make claims like this without credible evidence and then call liberals delusional?
>>706654235
Don't strawman me with that bullshit I told you where to go. Stop being a lazy shitstain and do some research you mouth breather.
>>706651214
Trump is still worse than Hillary, in the same way that a dishonest accountant is still a better accountant than a bread baker.
>>706652523
>america is, always has been... a 2 pony race
Nope, completely wrong. The first several presidents of the US disapproved of political parties. And the Democratic Party wasn't just the ying to the Republican Party's yang since the dawn of time.
>>706654369
Not only do you believe in dumb conspiracies, but it appears you don't even know what a strawman argument is. This website is full of absolute retards.
>>706654334
No one even brought up liberals buddy. I bet you think 9/11 was an inside job though.
>>706654308
Have you ever taken English 101 or critical thinking bro? Word of mouth is the weakest evidence there is. It's not acceptable in academia to use word of mouth for any paper.
>>706654417
And here you are with the mess. No one asked you to stay buddy.
Except OP kind of. But he is a faggot anyway.
>>706654369
You made the claim. You provide the evidence. I'm not going on some witch hunt to find the evidence. Provide me the evidence.
>>706654418
No I don't
>>706651214
Your image merely serves to show you are retarded and can't logic. The two statements are not circular, nor is their causation as implied.
The bottom portion is a fact. In fact, it is statistically impossible for a third party candidate to win this election, let alone the fact that it has literally never occurred in the history of the U.S. Again, the bottom portion is simply fact.
Your image implies causation between the two statements, that is, that a third party candidate can't win BECAUSE I'm not going to vote for them (and therefore, they'll never get enough votes). Yet, your vote, or lack thereof in favor of a third party candidate cannot ever have an effect on the present election because unless your single vote counts for a hundred million votes, there is no way it will make a difference as the margin between the mainstream party candidates and the third party candidates is massive. Again, there is no causation of anything for your vote, or lack thereof toward a third party candidate.
Indeed, the only other thing that is actually true in your image is that if you vote for a third party candidate, you will be wasting your vote. That amounts to being an idiot as you would do better to not vote at all because doing so is an exercise in futility.
Here's a hint, OP. Next time you want to post your bullshit and waste 4chan's bandwidth, maybe take a logic class first. Your entire thread is retarded--almost as retarded as you for voting for a third party candidate that literally cannot ever win this election, making your "vote" and vote for nothing, or essentially not voting at all.
Last, there are clear distinctions between the two viable candidates for president. Choose one.
FYI, I'm a Berniefag but I am voting for Trump.
Does murder in an undeclared

https://youtu.be/mlz3-OzcExI
>>706653781
But doesn't that make her predictable anon? Thats what I meant.
This >>706654600
I felt the Bern too and am now voting for Trump. Logic: Anything that punishes Clinton at this point. I am doing so to send the message to the Democratic Party that my vote counts. Abstaining from voting or voting for a third party candidate is the same as voting to elect Hillary Clinton and thus rewarding her for negating our vote for Bernie and fixing and rigging the primary.
>>706654600
Why would you vote Trump? He literally has nothing in common platform wise with Bernie. At least Hillary has more in common.
>>706654600
A Berniefag voting for Trump is in no place to call anyone else retarded. There is literally no coherent reason to go from supporting Bernie Sanders to Trump unless the only thing you care about is being opposed to trade deals.
>>706654691
Probably because they have never been a Bernie supporter in the first place. I could have sworn a political platform such as Bernie's was pretty much incompatible with anything from the Republican side.
>>706654627
Lol, indirectly getting a brutal dictator killed is now the equivalent of actual murder?
>>706654600
Jesus fucking Christ on a crispy cracker you just went full autismo
You never go full autismo nigger!
Wanted to add that Hillary's platform is the furthest left platform I've ever seen the Democratic party adopt, so it's stunning that so called Bernie supporters would even consider going to the right with Trump.
>>706654903
Can you name a point in history that either establishment party ever followed their platform? Obama went full war monger amongst other shit once the puppeteers told him to.
>>706654685
I completely disagree. Both Trump and Bernie's tax reform policies are nearly identical. Ironically, Trump came out with his first and while I didn't realize it at the time, Bernie appears to have lifted much of Trump's plan in formulating his own, especially given that it is radically different than what he preached a year ago.
Trump is anti-establishment. Bernie is anti-establishment. Anti-Wall Street.
If you think Clinton is closer to Bernie, you are about dumb and probably shouldn't vote at all as you evidently have not even bothered to look at what they actually stand for where it counts.
Keep being one of the imbeciles that makes decisions based on social policies (which, by the way, the President has literally no power over). It's all talk and all deception. The fact is that the President is the Commander of the Armed Forces, has veto power over legislation that passes the House and Senate (but can be overidden by 2/3 vote), creation of jobs, structuring within the administrative law enforcement branches (enforcement of laws, not supposed to be selective enforcement), but the Presidency literally has nothing to do with social policy. Period. All you hear about social nonsense in this campaign, who looks better, who says things better, blah, blah, blah, should have nothing to do with your decision--or you are an imbecile who doesn't understand who you are electing (a President, not a Social Commander). Democrats tend to be fond of pushing social rhetoric which they use to misdirect from the motives behind their (over)spending. Bernie, while a Democrat (technically, though not really given his past), is fiscally conservative when you actually look at his policies when in full force long term. Trump is the same, albeit getting there from a different route. They both want money and government spending to not be wasted.
Hillary is the exact opposite of Bernie.
>>706655193
Obama actually campaigned on increasing our troop presence in Afghanistan, which he followed through on. He also campaigned on taking troops out of Iraq, which he did. You'll get no argument from me that he's still been pretty hawkish with drones, in Libya, and now with putting some troops back in Iraq to fight ISIS, but he basically did what he said he would do with the military.
and i'm sitting here in the Netherlands with more than 11 parties and not 1 who is decent except for overlord Geert Wilders
>>706654691

berniefags got burned by hillary and haven't forgotten
no surprise they are all voting for trump

>>706655227
Wow. You are even dumber than I thought. I'm going to bed.
>>706654684
I'm the same.
Fuck Hillary.
Only way to send a message and have a consequence to Hillary is to vote for Trump.
Else she and the DNC will just do this again and silence us come next election. Wanna make a difference? Vote anti-Hillary.
Hillary has been stacking the deck in her favor since she lost the election in 2008.
A former board member of a major (and very corrupt) bank, that is a prominent donor to the Clinton foundation, is now the Director of the FBI. The very same director who recommended that Hillary shouldn't have any charges pressed against her.
Debbie Wasserman Shultz was the co-chair on Hillary's campaign in 2008 and when that failed, she successfully worked her way to be chairperson of the DNC. Once she managed to seal Hillary's position as DNC candidate, she resigned and is now honorary chair of her 50 states program.
Loretta goddamn Lynch has been in the Clinton story since Bill was in office. MY assumption is that since Bill tossed her a bone by nominating her to be the U.S. Attorney to the East District of New York, which allowed her to build her resume to eventually become Attorney general, he convinced her to fully accept the recommendation from James Comey to not press charges against Hillary Clinton. In return, (the rumors are) she's going to become a Supreme Court justice.
>>706655340
LMAO. Do some math. If 70% of Bernie voters were supporting Trump, he would be absolutely destroying Hillary in the polls. Instead, she has a 3-5% national lead. You must be trolling.

Bernie has come out and said his policies are significantly different than Trump's lol. He even said that during the primaries. Want tuition free school? Want a single payer public health care option? Don't want to waste money on a stupid fucking wall? Progressive tax system where the wealthiest pay more in taxes and the middle and lower class get more tax breaks? Vote Trump. I mean Bernie Sanders.
>>706655460
Trump is destroying Hillary in the polls. The problem is you are looking at the mainstream media polls, stacked for Hillary.
Remember when you saw Bernie talking to crowds of people? Remember the same thing for Trump? Now remember what (few) times Hillary met a crowd and how few were actually in attendance. It's all the Wizard of Oz bullshit. She fixed the primary. What makes you think the polls aren't fixed too. Many are predicting Trump wins in a landslide. Look at Clinton's disapproval rating: 80%. Worst in the history of the fucking WORLD for anyone, even fucking Hitler (who did nothing wrong btw).

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US ANONS? WHERE HAS THE ANONYMOUS SPIRIT GONE TO. >IF ANY COUNTRY NEEDS AN UPRISING TO UNITE THE PEOPLE, IT'S AMERICA!
BRING THE POWER BACK TO OUR PEOPLE. FIX OUR FUCKING COUNTRY, FIX OUR AMAZING PEOPLE, FIGHT FOR OUR WESTERN CULTURE!
LET GO OF YOUR IDEOLOGIES, OPINIONS, PRINCIPLES AND BRING BACK THE SPIRIT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, THE AMERICAN DREAMS...
BRING BACK THE SIMPLEST STANDARDS WE HAD: BEING A GOOD AMERICAN AND BEING GOOD TO YOUR PEOPLE. IT MEANS SOMETHING TO BE AN AMERICAN. NOT A NATIONALISTIC ANTISOCIAL PRICK, BUT A PROUD CITIZEN OF A PROUD COUNTRY.
A COUNTRY THAT IMPROVES THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR IT WHICHEVER WAY POSSIBLE.
BRING YOUR PEOPLE TO VOTE FOR SOMEONE WHO REMINDS YOU OF THE GREAT PRESIDENTS YOU'VE HAD. THE ONES THAT CARRIED YOU THROUGH SLAVERY, CRISIS, FAMINE, WAR, CORRUPTION.
REMIND YOURSELVES THAT BEING AN AMERICAN MEANS HAVING THE DIGNITY TO FIGHT FOR EACH HUMAN LIFE CAPABLE OF BECOMING A PROUD CITIZEN OF THE LAND YOU HOLD DEAR.
STOP DOUBTING YOUR CHOICES AND GO BACK TO YOUR ROOTS. DIG IN DEEP AND START HAVING SOME FAITH THAT AMERICA HAS NEVER BEEN WHAT IT'S BEEN LIKE THE PAST YEARS AND TODAY.
IF IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE, CHANGE STARTS BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE.

It isn't. That anon's a shill for cucks.
>>706655227
Also, if you weren't for social issues in the first place what the hell were you thinking being a Bernie supporter? The modern Democratic party is about social fairness and government intervention to reduce social and economic inequality as much as possible. They also believe in a fundamentally different tax system where instead of giving massive tax breaks to people like Trump, the wealthy pay more to supplement government programs that help the welfare of the people and provide incentives for the middle and lower classes to spend money. This isn't what the Republican platform is.

It also gives way to things like workers being treated as slaves and women not being able to get into certain positions in business. Also ends up causing monopolies where we end up with no competition whatsoever because the SEC can no longer do its job and make decisions for the benefit of the people. Also leads to bullshit like stock derivatives which end up contributing to massive greed and fraud on the backs of average people. Also leads to extreme air pollution where it's unsafe to leave the house because there's no limits on how much toxins power plants can emit.
>>706656589
Illogical how? Show me evidence that she voted pro wall Street because if her donations.
I can't give a reason because I am literally voting for Johnson. If you are voting anything other than third party you are part of the fucking problem. I'll leave it to a more sober person to explain why. But I remember when I was like the: If you vote for X, you are giving your vote to Z crowd. Then I got older and smart. Pic related.
Now I know better but I know everyone is going to be a fucking retard and vote for one of the two shitty choices out of fear what they perceive to be the "worse" option will win.
If even one swing state wins a third party, I guarantee it will change things for the better next election.

Pretty sure you are. You guys have to scramble to come up with these fringe polls to justify anything. You are so paranoid that you actually believe that media cannot report any factual information or be critical of itself. You are also oblivious to the reality that everyone is inherently bias in one way or another, but it is possible to question one's own bias and actually think for oneself.

That would be the purpose of regulation, to prevent large scale shit like that from happening, but the govt is so corrupted by crony policies and nepotism it ends up allowing exactly that.
>>706656797
Have you ever actually run a small business? I've worked in several, and the list of regulatory requirements just for a small two person cafe is obscene. Don't even get me started on any business that deals with aviation, shipping, or land use.

The wall street bailout? What do you think would have happened if liquidity in the country came to a halt? Do you honestly think with our society that we would be better off going through another great depression again? The reality is bro that we've become a borrower society where we run up debt because we have all been taught to live outside our means. If nothing was done we would have been way worse off than the great depression because we are so used to being able to use credit. It's literally impossible at this point to just let that shit fail because it is now a national security risk.

A small aviation business running a small airport.
I'm sorry you couldn't cope with running a small business, never the less, you'd never be able to set one up if it wasn't for antitrust laws and other regulations meant to prevent large companies from being all consuming.
I also couldn't give less of a shit about a 2 person café. It has no relevance for me.
>>706656600
Please tell me how the American government has actually done anything to stop the things you list. Who went to jail for the 2008 fraud crisis? Who repealed Glass Stegal? Who passed then gutted an already inefectual Dodd Frank?

So basically we should just get rid of it all and allow all companies to do fuck all. Kind of like Trump University where they bait and switched those thousands of people.
>>706657126
Nice cherry pick dodge.... yes the banks should have failed because we are on the verge of ww3 to support terrorism in defence of the petrodollar. And the economy is not better off for it we could be out of the depression by now if we would have faced reality instead of sucking Zionist banker dick and forcing people not yet born into slavery via corrupt monetary system and a corrupt cooperate government.
>>706657191
Oh good, so you have no idea what you're talking about. I've worked for both a small public airport, a small cafe, a massive shipping company, and a moderate engineering design shop. They all had owners/managers that were going gray just trying to make sure everything was in compliance, as one asshole regulator could come in, *find* something wrong from the several thousand page rulebook and shut them down entirely. That's what happens when you take antitrust and occupational safety requirements too far - you get workers that are unable to do the jobs they need to.
>>706657347
I think you should seriously consider starting over as a country you are corrupt and rotten to the core and do nothing to admit much less fix the problem hell America did not even make the top 10 in this year's freedom rankings despite billions of dollars of democracy bombs being dropped all over the planet by you.
>>706657574
You honestly believe that 8 years is enough time to recover from a credit freeze. The foundation of our current economic cycle which is borrowing all the way from Treasury to Federal Reserve banks to local and national banks would only take 8 years to come out of? We built our entire modern society since decades ago on credit and you think 8 years with 600 million people would take 8 years?
>>706657707
I am sure you have anon. Afterall this is the internet, where everyone is a small business owner. And where arguement from anecdote is only made better from it being completely unverifiable.
>A regulator came in one day.
Do you mean inspector? Or do you mean an actual US senator came into your workplace to shut you down, since the regulars are the people making the regulations. If this is the case, i feel like you should have gotten more media attention.
I love all this anti trust talk from a bunch or fatties in a country that created the term "too big to fail" from a banking system that nearly destroyed the planets economy if that is not a monoply\trust in the truest form I do not know how to explain the hypocracy to you.
>>706657768
There is no starting over without chaos. Unless we want serious instability for the next several decades or maybe centuries we cannot just flick a light switch and start over. Change takes time because of everything that has transpired and everything we've done and created for ourselves since 1776. The problem is not everyone agrees with you, so learn to live in peace with your fellow neighbors bro.
>>706657911
You really haven't worked anywhere worthwhile. We call them regulators because not all of them are classified as inspectors, and they're from a regulatory agency. I also specifically stated that I worked at these places, not owned them. I did work either directly with or in close proximity to the owners/managers, but I didn't actually have to run shit - just comply with the rules I knew about. Read my actual fucking words if you want to debate them.
>>706657908
We will never know now because the upcoming crash will be orders of magnitude worse.

OK 300 million. Companies rely on credit man. If we didn't bail out the major banks all sorts of companies would have failed outside the financial industry. We created out own mess, but we need to prop it up or else face severe consequences like a breakdown in society...which honestly I don't think that the majority of people used to living in the modern society could handle. We are used to having certain constants like street lights will come on when sun goes down. Trashman comes every Thursday. When shit like that starts happening people will panic.
>>706658469

Well I'm pretty sure the left doesn't deny climate change and is more reasonable in regards to sustainability than the right. The right seems to only be interested in what's going on now vs what effects now has on the future. I used to think like you did. I grew older and reality happens and you become more centrist. We won't survive a fundamental breakdown in our financial system without severe consequences not only to businessses but to you and I. We could end up literally being hunters and gatherers and endure war while people try to regain power. It's inevitable that we would reform and create a new government, but it would take a long time.

Perhaps it is time to think of a new system and end the fuckery of your politics and your votes not mattering. The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Hint Clinton and trump are not the real problem it goes way deeper.
What is next in 4 years a choice between Stalin and hittler? Time to seek out and fix the real problem but your people would have to put your bickering and blind team cheering aside to do so.
>>706658769
Our economy isn't weaker man. The stock market is doing well, our unemployment rates went down and people are getting back to business. We had a rise in median income recently as well. First since the 90s. We aren't living in a fully sustainable society but we can work on it. Electing more Republicans isn't the answer though. We'll just get to destroying our environment sooner rather than later.
You guys should really be focusing on more important issues than stupid fucking emails.

Calm down. Why are you so mad? I'm trying to have a rational conversation with you. Are you American? We don't want to go to war. Obama fucked up by taking he troops out, but at least he got them out completely. Obama hated the fact that we were in there to begin with. He hated the dictator that GWB set up in Iraq and essentially told the Iraq pm nto fix his own shit.
>>706659667
People never seem to see bubbles till they pop. This "prosperity" is because of a massive fucking debt bubble and this is why most sane countries are divesting from the dollar and why the USA is toppling countries like domino's and risking WW3 to keep the petrodollar dollar alive. How many people are you willing to kill to have your Cheetos and Reallity TV?
>>706659555
You still haven't quite grasped the idea of less=/=0. And if you actually knew anything about air traffic, the airspace at the small airport I worked at was essentially unregulated. It's the mass amount of paperwork and filing requirements, plus fuel testing and shop technicalities that come with aviation that made it hell on the owner. I've also worked at a major airport where they had whole departments of people dedicated to those exact things. That's what over regulation does - leashes the big companies and strangles the small ones.
