I'm making it in RPG maker so i don't really have much ambition with the project. The story and scale is pretty small but i kind of want it to be a feels fest. As a rule of thumb, the forearm is never longer than the upper arm the former being a bit shorter than the later and this one being longer by about an amount that equals the size of your palm (size may vary depending of dyphormisms and muscle structure). As silly as it may sound, "finger measuring" the full image in your screen is actually a good idea to get an average length of the limbs if you feel insecure.
Also i must point out that legs make no sense with the upper torso's pose and the torso itself contains too much mass for such arms.
Also NEVER draw the shoulder as if it was a full element separated from the body if it makes clear contact with the rest of the body.
All in all it's a good effort, reminds me of how a friend used to draw, also if i may suggest, try a different technique for painting, this is more of a personal thing since i've never been a fan of "fluffed up" painting style and i feel it doesn't mix well with what you're aiming for.
I could go on since there is a lot going on in here , but i've not truly drawn in at least a year and i don't feel like keep rambling on something that already has a good amount of pointers by others on what could be improved upon.

I’m not the best artist, were on a similar skill level in fact but I’ll do my best to help you out. Check out the beginner general community on /ic/, there are people much more skilled than me there who can give you a more valuable crit
Firstly, its clear that have a decent understanding of anatomy, rhythm, and gesture, and that’s a good start! Where you are still off is your proportions, which is understandable because that pose is a rather difficult one considering the alignment of the ribcage and pelvis. Things like the forearm and forelegs being equal lengths to the upper arm and the thigh are important to having convincing figures, you can see that adjustment in my redline. Be sure to study arm/leg proportions from life or from photographs of models to understand it better. Also, construction! I can’t tell if you are using it, but if not I highly recommend it. Having constructed figures helps you break it into more rudimentary shapes and allows you to better understand the connections that hidden behind props/scenery/other body parts. Lastly, don’t shade with black on color ever- it fuck’s your saturations something fierce, try coloring your darks with the same color as the brights but scaled down halfway to black and lightly blending it with a blend tool on the edge; I find it works much better that way, keeps the saturation and contrast without making the colors muddy.
