To everyone wondering how to get over anxiety or why you get it it's simple... could be a few reasons so use process of elimination.
It could be something is wrong in your life and you don't see the problem when you are sober. An example of this could be like me, when I smoked I realized that my house was " dirty " . I'm 19 and live with my parents, we have a business run from our home we all operate. Anyway, when I smoked something was wrong, just didn't know what.. I found out the dishes in the sink were bothering me, so I washed them. Stuff like that could throw you off big time.
Another thing could be you subconsciously hear things. An example from that is my dog is maybe 10 years or so old, and she is on her way out (breaks my heart, she is my best friend) so at night I will hear her whine or whatever and think about how close to death she is, which makes me have a terrible eposiode.
Needless to say, all the problems you have while smoking are mental. If you are in a legal state, at your dispensary certain strains cure certain things. I had a strain my buddy brought down from Vermont, eased stress and dropped my anxiety. My house could be burning to the ground and I wouldn't care, it really worked.
