Yesterday I participated in
a drawthread. A fellow drawfag offered his/her
service to color black and white pictures.
I asked her/him if he could color this GIF. He said yes, but said that it is going to take a few hours. I said ok and waited, checked other drawthread and waited, checked even more drawthreads(404). But it seems that he/she never delivered. Or he maybe delivered but I somehow missed it. If that is the case could anyone contact the artist or repost the GIF.

in photoshop, on the bottom of the animation frames theres a small box to change the frame speed,
you will have to tick each one separately for delay or no delay in time, it comes down to your eyes being able to tell the difference in fragments of seconds how fast the previous frame moves to the next.
lucky for you it has a predetermined amount you can select for delay and not just typing in a random number.
