I found my equilibrium doing weed for most of the time - when I don't have to go to work. I work as an intern, so my schedule is pretty much the same every week. Don't abuse more than 1 day per week, and force yourself not to think about it the other days: once a week is already too much. You should definitelly use it with moderation and enjoy it with some friends, too.
This is /b so it feels kinda weird to actually give good advices to people, but coke is just too good to give up completely. It would be better to do it once per month, rather than once per week. Save it for important evenings, if you dig.
